This guy is quick. One of the Webcor AV stalwarts who upgraded to the Pro 1/2 team during the course of the 2008 season, Jeff had a breakout race at the Cats Hill Criterium, where he was active at the front all day and surprised the more seasoned campaigners.
Watch for Jeff as he continues on an upward trajectory with his cycling.
